Upcoming Parent Workshop: Internet Safety
We will be hosting another parent workshop on Wednesday, November 5. As a follow-up to the technology use presentation, the San Diego County District Attorney's Office will be presenting on internet safety. The flyer with details is listed below.
Technology Support and Engagement for EUSD Families
In order to to support our families with addressing everyday media and technology concerns, EUSD is working with Common Sense Media to bring you up-to-date and evolving information, materials, podcasts, and webinars. Common Sense Media provides us with expert panelists and research-backed tips and tools (in English and Spanish) to support the our community. Through this districtwide approach to digital citizenship, we aim to build a shared understanding and reinforce positive habits around online safety and digital well-being.
These resources are available on the district website at eusd.net/parents-community/family-technology-resources. We encourage you to explore these materials and use them to guide meaningful conversations about technology and online use with your children.
